RETIRED RACING GREYHOUND TAKES TOP AGILITY HONOR

Lily (racing name Media Starlet) has just attained top-ranking status in agility for Greyhounds in North America by the United States Dog Agility Association. The nine-and-a-half-year-old, red fawn beauty was adopted through Make Peace With Animals by Sue and Ed Bulsza in 2004. Since then, Sue has devoted herself to helping Lily reach her full athletic potential. Lily has been an apt student. The top-ranking designation is all the more amazing since halfway through their training, Lily and Sue took a one-year hiatus. But they came roaring back, Lily picked up right where she left off, and she didn't forget a thing. As Sue remarked, "We know that Greyhounds can run the fastest, but it's nice to know that they can do well and have fun in other sports as well!"

Congratulations, both to Lily, and her adopter/trainer!
